1. Abundant application track record and high approval rate
We maintain an approval rate of over 99.5% among the more than 2,000 applications a year, mainly from corporations that employ and accept foreigners.
The content of the contract varies, including hiring new graduates, accepting expats, accepting training from overseas subsidiaries, hiring internship students, athletes (professionals and amateurs), technical trainees (individual company type), and employment of specified skilled workers. etc.
2. Easy outsourcing with foreign language support
The personal information required for the application will be collected by direct inquiry, with correspondence in Japanese and English as the default. You can rest assured that visa professionals will explain specialized information in easy-to-understand English. In addition to English, we also have staff who can speak Chinese and Vietnamese, and we support global companies in their work accepting foreigners.
When foreigners wish to apply for a status of residence as a highly-skilled professional, we will explain the differences between Engineering/Specialist in humanities/International services, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of being a highly-skilled professional, in English, and support you through the application process. It is also safe for foreigners who do not use Japanese.
3. Obtained Privacy Mark
We obtained the Privacy Mark in 2013 and still maintain it. The residence status application work of administrative lawyers handles sensitive personal information such as foreigners’ passports, residence cards, academic background, work history, annual income, and past criminal records. Maintaining and continuing the Privacy Mark requires time and cost, and cannot be handled by administrative lawyers’ corporations or private offices operated by a small number of people.

Progress so far
April 2009:
Representative Mr. Tsuruno opened Sincere International Administrative lawyer’s Office as a private business in order to professionally handle residence status/VISA procedures.
In March 2013, merged Soukyo Administrative Lawyer’s Office (Representative: Ms. Ota) and established Sincere International Administrative Lawyers’ Corporation specializing in international human resources and legal affairs for companies.
Obtained Privacy Mark in October 2013 (continued to the present)
October 2018:
Mr. Yamagishi joined Sincere International, as vice president.
January 2020 Release of Visa/Status residence management system “Smart Visa”
February 2021:
Published “A book to read when you are unsure about the status of residence for hiring foreigners” (Published by Tax Accounting Association)
June 2023 Registered with a registration support organization for specified skilled workers (SSW).
In December 2023, the annual number of residence status applications exceeded 2000.
